I am a Construction-to-Perm and New Construction Lending Specialist licensed in NY, NJ, PA, NC, SC, and FL. I am a preferred lender at several new‑construction sites throughout New York and New Jersey, including both market‑rate and affordable‑housing communities. I also actively provide financing at St. James Plantation in Southport, NC, and the surrounding areas.

More than half of my clients are first-time homebuyers. Within our bank footprint, first-time homebuyers may qualify for our Community Advantage or Community Plus Lending Programs. I also frequently work with down‑payment assistance programs, including New Jersey Community Capital and the Homebuyer Dream Program.
I am a member of the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association, where I have served on the Executive Board and Board of Directors. I have also served as Membership Committee Chairperson and was formerly a member of the Sales and Marketing Council. Additionally, I am a U.S. Navy veteran, having served in the Navy Nuclear Submarine Program.
