I am a preferred lender at several new construction condominium sites throughout New York and New Jersey, to include the Jersey Shore. Regarding Valley portfolio mortgage products, we review presale requirements and may not have it as a requirement if the building is Valley approved and a minimum of 5% of the units are sold and closed. We offer relationship banking mortgage interest rate discounts on our jumbo loan programs; both business and personal assets qualify toward.

More than half of my customers are first time homebuyers, to include customers purchasing both market value and affordable housing units. In our bank footprint, first time homebuyers may qualify for our Community Advantage or Community Plus Lending Programs. I regularly work with down payment assistance programs (when available) to include New Jersey Community Capital and the Homebuyer Dream Program.
