Bryan Siegel, a First Vice President, brings 27 years of banking and investment banking experience, including 20 years focused on small business banking. Relationship-focused at heart, Bryan partners with business owners to help them grow, offering tailored lending, deposit, and treasury management solutions designed around each client's goals. These include working capital, equipment, and SBA financing; commercial real estate; cash management; fraud prevention; and remote deposit capture. Bryan's clients span a wide range of industries and business types, including contractors, professional services firms, medical practices, wholesalers, retailers, nonprofits, real estate investors, and family-owned businesses.

Bryan is committed to giving back to the community, serving as a committee member for the United Way of Monmouth County and as a board member of Marlboro Basketball. Away from work, Bryan enjoys golf, spending time at the Jersey Shore, and rooting for the Jets, Knicks, and Yankees. Bryan is also the proud parent of two sons in college. A dedicated mentor, Bryan still coaches basketball and takes real satisfaction in helping people grow, both on the court and in the office.
