I Started my banking career in 2001 as an Assistant Manager in another financial institution. However, my charisma and great relationship with clients, especially small business owners, gained a recognition of several institutions I worked for. Despite I never pursued a formal higher education, I built my career taking courses and accreditations, and learning on the job skills from my superiors and mentors.
